We provide a 1-day replacement window after you've received your product. Please note that to be eligible for return & replacements, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation.
To be eligible for a replacement of any item:
a) Reach out within 24 hours of receiving the order.
b) Provide an unboxing video and clear photos showcasing the problem (this is required for verification).
Replacement Cases:
- Received an incorrect item (verified through unboxing video).
- Received an incomplete or damaged product (authenticated through unboxing video).
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Size problems or personal preferences (please review the product description before placing an order).
- Damaged, modified, or already worn by you.
- Goods returned without original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement of Any Product?
Upload original images and videos regarding the problem. Follow the mentioned process to return the order to Veranyaarts. You can discuss the same with our customer support team for more information.
- If qualified, we will organize a return collection or direct you to return it.
- The items then go through the Quality Assurance process held by our experts. Once it passes the process, then we proceed with the refund.
- If the article is not in 'new and unworn condition', then the customer shall be responsible, and no refund will be issued.
If the collection is not available in your area, you will have to courier the product to us. On confirmation, we will send your replacement.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Products
a) Gift cards and sale products are not returnable.
b) Premium range products are non-returnable.
